How long does it take to be approved?

We endeavour to review affiliate applications within 48 hours. Often your application will be reviewed within hours of submission.

I lost my username or password. How Do I retrieve it?

If you forget your username and password information when logging in, simply click the 'forgotten password' link and follow the simple instructions.

What is the Minimum Payout Amount?

The minimum payout amount is £50. You can set this to a higher amount in your affiliate control panel if you wish.

How soon is my first cheque sent?

Your first cheque (or Paypal payment - the choice is yours) is sent 60 days after the end of the month you first joined Reach24 Affiliates.

How often are cheques sent?

For all accounts over the minimum payout will receive a cheque every month.

Do you use Paypal ?

Yes, you can be paid via Paypal if you wish. Just log into your affiliate account, click 'my profile' and select Paypal as your payment option.

How does the tracking work?

Visitors arriving from your site will have a cookie placed on their computer that identifies them as having come from your site. We use first party cookies which are far less likely to be removed by Adblockers and browser security settings.

Our tracking is also backed up by the use of session tracking and IP tracking in case the cookie tracking fails.

All leads generated where there is no cookie in place are checked against sessions and then IPs and the commission is assigned accordingly.

What are the cookie durations?

Cookie duration varies by campaign. The minimum cookie duration is 30 days. A new cookie is placed EACH time a visitor arrives on our site from an affiliate site.

How soon after a sale or click will I be able to see the new stats show up?

All reporting is done in real time. Clicks and sales will be immediately viewable within your affiliate account.

How do I access reports?

Simply login to your affiliate account and choose the report you are interested in from the 'Reports' menu on the left.

What types of links are available?

Our campaigns have text links, banners, plus web copy, contact forms and articles.

How often are text links and banners updated?

Banners and links are updated frequently. You will receive announcement emails and there is a link in your affiliate control panel to the latest news and announcements.

Can I modify text links or banners?

You may not modify banners, but you may change the link text of text links if the changes better fit your website.

How Do I Find out about new campaigns, banners and links?

We will send out emails to all affiliates when new campaigns, banners and links come online. There is also a news and announcements section in your affiliate account where this information can be viewed.

Can I open the merchant site in a new browser window?

Yes. You may open the site to a new window. However, you may NOT frame our websites.

How do I make suggestions for new banners, copy & creatives?
